How to Tell A Story

What does your audience need to know before the story starts? Who is involved? What brought you to this moment? What are key pieces of information you need to start the story?
This usually happens early in the video after the hook or after the conflict.

What is the goal and what stands in your way? The bigger the roadblock the more engaging the story will be.
This is early in the video. Can be before or after the Context

Act II of a story is the journey. Along the way there will be challenges. These are setbacks or things that push you away from achieving your goal that you setup in Act I (Context & Conflict)
There can be multiple challenges and they happen through the video.

Did you achieve your goal that you setup at the beginning of the video? The climax is the resolution. What happened?

What is the biggest takeaway from this journey? The consequence is the moment where you reflect on what happened and come up with a summary that is bigger than the resolution.
